I switched the tag category for you but this isn't how it's done. What you're requesting here is so that every post tagged with mushmoon automatically gets tagged as artist as well, which should absolutely not be the case.

This implication request is invalid. Please refer to the steps and help pages listed on the Upload form and make sure you read everything.

If you want to create a new artist tag, you may simply to do by adding artist:mushmoon into the tagging field when you upload your artworks.
