(by this standard, every sex or masturbation post that isn't orgasm or after_orgasm qualifies, which I think is a bit too broad or loose). Which leaves posts with dialog stating something like "I'm so close" or "I'm going to cum", which the issue with dialog tagging aside, is what announcing_orgasm is for.
