The tag implication #67761 tatzlpony -> pony is pending approval.

Reason: Just like earth_pony, tatzlpony should implicate pony, since it is a subtype of MLP pony.

Looks like this is simply a generic hybrid of tatzlwurm and a pony. We don't typically tag random hybrids people make, and such tags should get aliased to hybrid.
