I have never heard of this area referred to as a guiche in my life. Gooch? Sure. Perineum? Yeah. Taint? Absolutely. But never the word that looks like it rhymes with quiche.

These aliases aim to make the guiche_ladder tag more discoverable by popping up as an alias during tagging. These aliases have not been tagged before, but they are based on the existing aliases perineum_piercing and taint_piercing for guiche_piercing. Hopefully, with their introduction, people who are familiar with jacob's ladder piercings will realize that there's a taint equivalent without external knowledge of the slang.

I did misread it as “gouache” but without the “o”. It’s the first time I’ve heard the word in question.

That's what my brain tried to see it as.
I was thinking for a second that it was pronounced like gauche

Look up the pronunciation to here that robotic voice say "GE-ish" lol
