The tag alias #77004 glansjob -> glans_play has been approved.

Reason: Currently, glansjob seems to be used to refer direct tip/glans stimulation; something that glans_play already covers (and has had glansplay & glans_stimulation aliased to it.)

With how the tag is currently used I do agree with the alias, but the tag name goes against the general convention of Xjob having X stimulating a penis (where X is whatever body part).
