The tag alias #76999 lou_(billie_bust_up) -> lewis_(billie_bust_up) is pending approval.

Reason: The game is still under active development and as it looks like, one of the characters has had their name changed due to conflicts with its voice actor, the main source comes from the official Discord server now referring to Lou as Lewis as seen in their character-references channel, as well as more recently a confirmation in their private patron-only patron-qna channel.

Side note: I think this is the correct process to change the name of a character tag? Let me know if I did this correctly
