You'll find that most people do have the mental fortitude to come up with more than two tags to add to a post.
You could try using the tagging checklist, this may help: https://e621.net/help/tagging_checklist
It is really, truly not that hard. Surely you can make more observations than "image." Surely there are features you like enough that it moved you to upload it. Let's look at two recent uploads:
You tagged this only as +cadmiumtea +female +hi_res +humanoid (which is wrong btw) +solo +rating:q
What, you can't see that this is a bird? That it has breasts and clothing? That there is a flower? And a background?
This one is egregious. It takes too much brain power to observe the severed_head???
Get better.
not sure if this will motivate you, but to save your time as well as avoid lack of 10 tags warnings, use noun tags by color (always use underscore (_) between color tags)
for example, using white_fur will implicate both fur and white_body
furthermore for something much longer, using green_t-shirt will implicate t-shirt, shirt, green_shirt, green_topwear, green_clothing, and clothing
it does for you automatically, and it will save your time.
also, critique behalf of your other editing:
humanoid is tagged for characters looking mostly like humans (e.g kemomimi/neko girl, goblins, etc).
what you meant to be tagging is anthro - 'furry' character / anthropomorphic animals like animal crossing characters
hope i simplified things right
edit: take this as a cherry on top of using a tagging checklist and advice from people of this thread

FWIW, the 10 tag rule explicitly excludes implicated tags. Only tagging white_fur and having it implicate both fur and white_body only counts as 1. In practice, few people will go counting that and not everyone will realize when they're manually tagging redundant implications, so as long as you're trying and remember to get more important tags (like male/female/etc, young, feral, etc), you probably won't get bothered about it. But if you regularly neglect important tags and only use a handful of tags that implicate other less important tags that technically get you to 10, it won't save you from that rule.
This post, which you favorited, has almost 100 general tags, with most of them being from the initial upload.
fav:kubihazusaikou order:tagcount
These things are achievable. If you are struggling to apply yourself, consider checking e621:tagging checklist.

So people's blacklists work.

You should only use tagme sparingly and not as a means to get out of properly tagging a post.
The minimal 10 (general & non-implicated) tags per post rule is fairly simple to achieve if you want to upload anything here.
If you can't be bothered to add the proper tags onto your posts, you can get slapped for Tagging Abuse which you should know by now since you have been warned about it twice.
Failure to follow this minimal requirement can result in your account being permanently suspended, so take the advice that others have given you and do it properly.

Get back here when you really don't want to stumble with a certain fetish/artist and then you notice that it's not tagged so it's going through your blacklist :v
It's not exactly cheating but tagging number of fingers, toes, colors of clothing, fur, body, color of the background, if it's a grayscale/monochrome image, closed/half-closed eyes, open mouth, teeth or fangs, tail, the year me lying with this one but it's a nice practice, if it's censored, erect/flaccid, foreskin, etc, can get you easily with 10 tags.
With the time it will even be a bit of fun when you can tag with elements you like or you can tag with something underused.
I never had this problem (only because half the tags are redundant, why is there a colored_fur and colored_body tags? who searches this stuff?), but I think it is especially bad on sketches since not many details can be observed so it is a bad system. Safebooru doesn't impose a tag count and that works, someone would add tags to the undertagged posts.

The "colored_xyz" tags are quite useful when you want to find that image you last saw a few years ago, and you're quite sure the character had blue fur, so this can limit the number of posts you have to sift through.

you really should not be having a hard time hitting 10 tags on any base-relevant post. I mean, you don't even need to think about the first three, every single post with at least one character will have character count, form, gender.
if you cannot pick out seven features of the character, their clothes (or lack thereof), their stance, or their environment I don't know what to tell you. it wouldn't matter if the post is fully-coloured or 1-bit black and white, there's plenty to tag.

Sorry if this feels like dog-piling, but a helpful method of tagging is starting top to bottom of the image, tagging literally everything you see. Bodyparts, colors, background, environment, scenario, positioning, all that jazz

You should check the tag's wiki to find out what they actually mean and what they are used for before saying they are redundant.
For example, black_fur is for distinctly black & furred body types. Why is there a need for black_body then?
Ask yourself what happens when you couldn't make out/remember the body texture of the character but know that they are black in colour, what tag should you use?
That is why you have black_body that acts as an alternative, it is simply used for any type of body that is black in colour regardless of texture.

I remember colored_fur used to imply colored_body which was really weird

I think there can be black fur, black feathers, black scales, black skin...so it can be anything that cover your muscles and bones I guess?
This is implying that people who download an image, copy the link to the original page, navigate to E6, click the upload button, navigate to the downloaded image, copy paste the source link into the appropriate field, select the appropriate post e s r rating, etc. are incapable of typing ten words into their keyboard. Even for people using a second/third language ten words is not accurately described as "a lot of time and energy," as you chose to put it.
If someone has completely of themselves decided to post something then it's fitting that they take the responsibility for it. No one else made them do it. And no one wants to see something they have blacklisted because the uploader was too lazy to tag, especially on a site with content like this one.
I genuinely don't understand the position of "somebody else will do it." Why do you think that? Why would we? What do you think we gain from tagging someone else's image for them with our free time?

If you feel you are being “forced” to follow the rules by taking like two minutes to do the bare minimum, do everyone a favor and log out of this site. getting angry because you are lazy is beyond obnoxious.

I get extremely frustrated when I see an upload that has hardly any tags, or worse, hardly any tags and a bunch of useless invalid tags that mean nothing. I fix them when I see them... but, man, it wouldn't be needed if only the uploader did their duty.

If the author comes from China, Japan, or South Korea, a tag will be added to indicate the author's country. Basically, if you want to see Japanese paintings on this website, you can only search for Japanese_text,But many Japanese paintings do not have text

This is just in an optimistic situation, some pictures I don't even know how to fill in the labels to make up for 10

At least I can ensure that every label is meaningful, but after filling in these meaningful labels, I feel that there is no need to add any more labels to this image

When you can't gather 10 tags, sometimes you have to fill in some random things

Please do not randomly add tags you do not know the meaning to. Actually read the tag's wiki definition before using it.
In this case, japanese_text is only used when you can see Japanese wording or text being used inside the image, such as through dialogue in a speech_bubble. It is not used to tag artworks made by Japanese artists.

You literally don't ever have to add random stuff. If uploading is too hard you can just not do it.
Please don't reply to each and every post individually, if you just hit reply on a new post it will add the quote below the text you already have and you can do all the replying in a single post rather than 5 which take up several screens worth of space

Then stop complaining about how the fuck you can fill in 10 tags and actually put in the effort to learn it.
Use the e621:Tagging Checklist like how multiple users have already advised you to do so, instead of saying that it makes you "exhausted" to come up with 10 basic tags.
At this point, the basic tagging already gets you to 13 tags.
Also, this is the second time I'm going to remind you to not randomly use tags you do not know the meaning to.
In particular, tag_question is not used for whatever you think it is supposed to be used for. Tags that are struck-through are considered to be irrelevant tags that you have added.
kubihazusaikou said:

if you don't want to type a lot or can't think of anything, on the bottom of the upload page, click the "Tag" right to the "Related:" to give you a selection of tags of tags you already added. make sure the tags you are toggling are relevant to the picture
it will not suggest everything so you still have to type relevant and/or sensitive tags (especially if it's explicit) seen in the picture (i.e genitalia, other body parts, bodily fluids, gore, etc.) to correspond to people's blacklists

i'm sure east asian artists have similar art styles in common - if their art style resonates with anime qualities, tag kemono or anime_style
there are also description tags by language (japanese_description, korean_description, chinese_description), but these only count if the text of these languages are present in the description

Expand your tag vocabulary, then you'll easily find enough things to decently tag an image, even if you don't want to be thorough and write down the color of someone's nutsack (metaphorically? I think some do search for balls of their favorite colors).
Remember that the wiki is always there to look up, you don't have to commit a phone book of tags to memory. Hope this is not too daunting.
Some choice indexes:

Topic: How to check if there are enough 10 general tags?
Is smiling green is enough ?
I already started replying to this one before it got locked, so putting it here instead, since it's actually a good question other people may have too:
(although it may soon be out of date if pr #1111 happens)
Smiling green appears when there are 25 total tags, rather than a specific count of general tags. This would probably be good enough most the time, but there may be edge cases where a post has a lot of artist, character or species tags. It also has to be 10 unimplied general tags and the number could be offset by large implication chains.
The best way to know is to hit the "Preview Final Tags" link below the tags and count the number of general tags, ignoring the implied ones (containing the ⇒ symbol)
As an example, adding the sunglasses_on_head tag will add 5 tags through an implication chain, but only sunglasses_on_head itself would actually count, verified by being the only one without a ⇒ symbol.
sunglasses_on_head sunglasses_on_head ⇒ eyewear_on_head sunglasses_on_head ⇒ eyewear sunglasses_on_head ⇒ sunglasses sunglasses ⇒ eyewear
It would be ideal if the upload form would display the fact the general tag requirement hasn't been met, but it's not too hard to check manually.
It's also worth noting that sometimes it is impossible to come up with enough tags (though I've only personally encountered this with monochrome sketches or headshots) and leniency is given if there's not dozens of obvious tags that could be added to the post.

Considering that you have already been banned on your last record for repeatedly violating the same rule, you are already very close to getting permabanned.
Neutral/grey records decay after 6 months while negative/red records decay after 1 year.
Thus, you would need to perform better (or simply refrain from posting) and not break the same rules again for at least 1 year.
If you want to perform better, just follow the tagging checklist to come up with at least 10 tags.
If you don't know which tags to use, check the various tag groups that people have suggested or simply browse through random artworks and pay attention to the tags they use.
