You can look at topic #54298 for general furry game recommendations, though I can't say if there are any specific games that feature cumflation other than maybe Oh So Hero!.

Project X: Love Potion Disaster (abandoned but has a lot of content) it's a side-scrolling beat-em up like Streets of Rage
Fur-Rumble (short reaction minigame but incredible sprite animations)
Kincaid (metroidvania, unfinished and in progress)
Happy Heart Panic (sidescroller action game, unfinished but progress is slowww, lot of existing content tho)
Gamer Struggles (sidescroller with humor, unfinished but quality sprite animation)

There's a few text-based games with good art if you want those names too, lmk

CoC2 and TiTS have a loooong history on the internet nowadays so there's hundreds of hours of content with a juicy amount of art commissioned explicitly for them. (You can look up adjatha here for a decent sampling as they very regularly draw for TiTS and artwithmoira for CoC2)
BDCC is much younger, but has actual animations and more customizable/randomized sexual encounters. It's also very big on bondage content but you can mess with settings to lower/restrict/block it.
