create alias big_pec (0) -> big_pecs (20823)
create implication big_pecs (20823) -> big_muscles (81431)

Reason: Pecs are muscles, therefore big pecs should imply big muscles. This is also semi-consistent with the existing big_abs -> big_muscles alias.

I just tried making an alias request after seeing (and cleaning) the big_pec tag and was wondering why the antecedent was taken lmao
