The tag alias #76953 realistic_penis_size -> penis is pending approval.
Reason: I get the want for a medium_penis tag, but it seems settled that it isn't going to happen. Also includes some small_penis posts.
Edit: The penis wiki recommends a (very undertagged) average_penis tag, but this tag should still be aliased as it's essentially ~average_penis ~small_penis.
It really does seem like just another way of saying -huge_penis -hyper_penis
I thought average_penis was already aliased away.
How do you even determine realistic penis sizes in drawn artwork? It's not like we can reach in to measure the penis itself, but have to infer it relative compared to other things, which themselves may not be easy to size up with proportional inaccuracies. It also seems rather human-centric ("between 10-18cm(4-7 inches) when erect and 5-15cm(2-6 inches) when flaccid", but what about realistically sized horse penises, which will be larger in comparison? or realistically sized feline penises, which will be smaller?), odd for a site more dedicated to animals and animal people than humans. The wiki even notes its subjective nature:
as this tag is rather subjective, it should be used most on works that present characters with attainable humanoid proportions.
Neither medium_penis nor average_penis are aliased at this point, so they would need to be added as well to kill off the "normal-penis" type tags.

It is still pending along with other similar tags that are intended to cover averages, people are largely in agreement of doing away with these average tags except for medium breasts as of right now, through no one has actually provided a objective reason why medium breasts should be treated differently than all other "average/medium/center" tags.
