create alias jexouium (369) -> hybrid (177591)

Reason: Jex is a species. Rexouium is another species.

Some users have tagged jexouium for characters portraying features of both species. I request this BUR to update all Jexouium tags to hybrid to follow conventional naming.

Update: switched to an alias in case of future tagging

It would be better as an alias, in case people try to tag it again in the future it will automatically change instead of needing manual cleanup.

Can i create an implication later that if a user attempts to tag jexouium, even though that one, if approved, will become hybrid, the fact they typed jexouium would automatically add rexouium and jex species tags ?
Or does that not work if the tag is an alias to another tag ?

No, a tag can't be both aliased and implicate something.
