The tag alias #76931 permanent_smile -> permagrin has been rejected.

Reason: According to the wiki page: Having a permanent smile, no matter the situation. This is mainly seen on inflatables. So I think permanent_smile should be aliased to permagrin.

So I guess that alias request is not necessary.
