I'd also argue that there's nothing stopping m/m scissoring from happening and that would specificly exclude tribbing so I feel the distinction is pretty clear.

I don't think anybody told you this, but that is not the proper way to make tag alias/implication suggestions.
Please use the proper route, in this case, a Bulk Update Request (BUR) to first make the unaliasing of scissoring -> tribadism, then a second BUR to imply them if needed.

For now, I will do the BUR for this suggestion for you.

Yeah, some of the points brought up on the other topic makes sense.

remove alias scissoring (0) -> tribadism (6236)
remove alias scissor_position (0) -> tribadism (6236)
remove alias scissored_tribadism (0) -> tribadism (6236)

Reason: As per discussions on this thread and on topic #47210.

Since scissoring can be used by any genders other than female, it would be bad to alias it directly to tribadism as that involves direct pussy on pussy contact.
Also due to the vagueness of the name (could simply mean using scissors, yet it is still a popular slang term to mean the other thing), it would be better to rename it to scissor_position and have other related sex position tags be implied to it.

I have also unaliased scissored_tribadism because not all tribadism involves the scissor_position, considering the various forms (e.g., taur, amorphous) that female characters can take.
