Approvals can take anywhere up to 30 days, so only being on the queue for one day isn't anything to worry about. It looks perfectly good to me and I have no doubt that it will be approved long before the 30 days. (Obligatory note that I'm not staff and that's just my opinion, though)

Once it's been on the approval queue for a long time (I think about 25 days is a reasonable cutoff point, but could be sooner or later depending on janitors personal opinions) and you believe it's just been missed in the queue, many janitors are open to take a look at it. As far as I can remember, this only happened to me one time and I just posted it into Discord's #e621-helpdesk. (specifying that it only had 1 day before auto deletion)

It has only been one day. The janitors are busy with other posts and will come back to it eventually.
You can check on status:pending to see how many posts they have to go through.

If your post does not get processed within 30 days, it will be automatically deleted.
In that case, you are advised to approach any janitor (preferably one that has approved your posts in the past) and ask for them to check on your pending uploads, 3-7 days before it gets automatically deleted.
