Is there a good place anyone knows that can do good 2d (sfw and nsfw)still art commissions?

There is no one good place. I've seen good artists on FurAffinity, DeviantArt, Twitter, Reddit, etc.

You would just have to "stumble" across the artist you like by browsing through the artworks posted here, then checking the source/artist tag to see where the artist post to, and then seeing if they are open for commissions.

You can also try BlueSky, Facebook, Instagram, Pixiv, and InkBunny

besides from those and in general social media, you can try to browse through your favorite artists' reposted feed or following list and see if any other artists' profiles are open for comms

XMRBazaar has at most a few though it would involve Monero as payment.
