Reason: sound_warning is a tag that is not self explanatory by its title. The wiki states that the intended usage is for any video that has a sudden loud sound, and sound should be used instead for general audio. However, users frequently tag sound_warning on any and all videos that have sound, as it's common practice to warn others when animations have sound.
I think changing sound_warning to the more self-explanatory loud_sound_warning would be a positive change and reduce mistags. I can make a follow-up alias for sound_warning to help with muscle memory, as users would see that it's aliased to loud_sound_warning under tag suggestions and get a better idea of what it's meant for.
