what can I do about it?
Topic: I just wanted to edit some tags but I go there and see that 99% just contain grammar mistakes, contains excessive description words, or already has existing similar synonymic tag used for centuries.

Chances are if a tag hasn't been tagged before (showing a red 1 next to it) or only has a few posts, it is invalid and would require manual fixing or removal.
Consider any alternative/correct tags to replace the bad tags (e.g., liquid_scat -> diarrhea, male_penetrating_ambigiguous -> male_penetrating_ambiguous) and remove any unnecessary tags (e.g., balloon_nose).
