this forum is meant as complaint toward moderator behaviours, power abuse, biased opinion and actions and so on.

note: when a complaint is made, they do NOT group ALL moderator of this site. i have seen some be nice and heard people out.

name of moderators will not be brought up out of respect, i see no need if doing so, if they know there the one that did one of the issue mentioned then that that.

i have seen some user get banned over trolling, with proof being of them giving well constructed argument and receiving insult as replies. discussion about the art and what is and isn't the correct tag shouldn't get one banned for angering an user, even more when said angry user start insulting, i feel it should have been the other way around but i'm no moderator. it just seem odd that people get banned for making coherent and well built argument, when in the same replies someone blatantly insulted and was aggressive.

No, it isn't. Talk to them directly.

This is not what the forum is for. If you believe someone is abusing their power, report them. Simple as that, don't drag it out here.

wuh- i'd have figured people would understand if i made this forum it was because i knew the moderator would just ignore and be hard headed, then ban me with no way to appeal for abuse of power.

sometime people tend to ignore rules there supposed to enforce and follow.

In the almost 2 years I was staff there was not a single instance of someone getting banned just because they weren't liked. There are checks and balances in place.

People love to not provide context or downplay the situation, which is even easier now with how often rule breaking comments are hidden (a change which I personally pushed for to avoid drama from people taking things out of context or not seeing the full picture)

For instance you may look at a single innocuous looking comment and say "mod abuse!!!!" meanwhile you aren't seeing the 13 other similar comments or past history the user has.

Also, appealing a ban is possible, and does happen.

I am going to close this. If you believe that something was not appropriate, you can use the 'report' option to bring it to staff attention with a polite and clear explanation for what you think is wrong about it. Reports are reviewed and discussed, and if necessary then things are addressed. But using the forums is not the correct place for it.
