Just found the lost_in_pleasure tag. It seems redundant with ahegao, orgasm_face, fucked_silly, and similar tags. Does it serve a purpose?

Normally, if you see any tags that lack any implications or seemed to have popped up out of nowhere, it was made up by someone.
You also can check the tagging history for the tag to see if it was solely populated by them.
If you believe this is a duplicate or is too similar to an existing tag, then you can submit an alias request.
In this case, lost_in_pleasure looks to be anything from fucked_silly (only reserved for sex and not masturbation), ahegao (synonymous to fucked_silly, but usable for other scenarios), to torogao ("melting" expression of pleasure), but IMO it should be aliased to looking_pleasured to be safe.
Either fucked_silly or overstimulation would be better

A number of results don't look like fucked_silly to me, and I'm not sure overstimulation always applies to posts with that tag either, so looking_pleasured would seem to be the more appropriate target.

Yeah that one is well-used and recognized. It also feels like a watered down version of the lost variant.
