The bulk update request #11194 has been rejected.
create alias black_jacket_vest (21) -> black_vest (1414)
Reason: The tag black_jacket_vest exists at the same time as both black_jacket and black_vest.
As far as I can tell, the difference is that a vest has no or very short sleeves.
This is a BUR if there is significant disagreement with my stance.
