Involuntary_orgasm seems like a rather sketchy tag. Its definition is confusing, and I feel like more specific tags should be used instead. A lot of it is just spontaneous_ejaculation.

Well, it should. It does implicate nipple_play, which in turn implicates nipple_fetish, but that doesn't implicate nipples either. I'll make a separate implication request.
