Do we need all three penectomy, penectomized, and penectomy_scar? I think they should all be aliased to either penectomy or penectomy_scar.
Penectomy refers to depictions of the surgery itself so I'm not sure aliasing penectomized -> penectomy would be too good.

There are quite a few posts tagged penectomy that show characters that have had a penectomy, not the surgery itself:

as examples. The word "penectomy" on its own doesn't lend itself to meaning the active removal/surgery, and can refer to the result, just like the word "penectomized" can refer to the process of being penectomized.

You're right about the semantics, but it's useful to separate posts like post #4655181 when searching for penectomy "post-op" characters.
According to the wiki, "penectomized" is to "neutered" as "penectomy" is to "castration". Grouping them together as an alias seems dangerous.
Maybe one could have a different name to further distinguish it.
