There is a bug when editing post tags.

On an individual post page, if you press the "e" key or click the "Edit" link, the tag editor appears below the image as normal. With the tag editor open, when you click the link to open the floating tag editor dialog, everything is fine.

However, when on a post page and you press the tag editor keyboard shortcut "Shift+e" the Tags text box is missing from the editor dialog frame. The first text box at the top is "Locked Tags." If you then click the 'x' button to close the dialog, the tag editor returns to below the image, but the Tags text box is still missing. If you click the "Edit" link once more, the Tags text box reappears.

Browser: Firefox, v137.0.2 on Debian Linux desktop

Can confirm. There's also no "Recently used tags" section under the tag list.
