We're not gonna immediately chomp your head off just for posting AI, especially if it was an accident/unintentional.

how do I delete it? and I've even made tag for "artist"

If the post genuinely is AI, then a janitor will come along and delete it. No need to worry at all.

bottom left of the page, click the flag button, choose "does not meet the uploading guidelines"
It's been yeeted.
In the future, be wary of fresh accounts that have no previous art history and post images that appear highly detailed without taking a closer look. These can be established artists who are creating a new account, but require more scrutiny before posting.
In this case, while the source doesn't call themselves an artist or commissioner, they don't disclose that these images were AI generated, either. Lying through omission provides plausible deniability and is a common tactic for grifters to con people into subscribing to their Patreon or SubscribeStar. These accounts tend to test the waters first by establishing a post history and gaining a following before adding outgoing links to subscription services once they appear legitimate enough to deceive many users.
All of the above is to say: Practice source literacy beyond inspecting the images. Are they established, do they clearly state they are the artist, do they have outgoing links to other galleries, do they already have posts on galleries that forbid AI generation (eg. e621 or Fur Affinity), etc.
