Yes this works for pretty much every single web browser, i havent tested it out on the dreamcast web browser tho

Way back when, I used to browse Xvideos & YouTube on a New 3ds Xl. Could even watch videos on it too, just on the standard web browser!

I did it on the DS color and a Kindle Paperwhite
The paperwhite doesn't even have the capacity for any animation at all, just turning the individual pixels on and off in black and white
