Topic: If I will upload this will I have to cut the ad in the beginning of the video?

As a rule of thumb, embedded advertisements are allowed as long as they don't outweigh the artistic value of the entire post itself (such as the case if the artist teases a paywalled version at the end of the video).
However, in this case, since the advertisement seems to be something completely unrelated and is akin to a TV ad, I think it would be safe to trim it out.

Be wary of the program you use to trim and to avoid reencoding the video as it can alter the video quality.
I'd personally use Avidemux with video and audio output be set to "Copy" and to trim at the keyframes if possible.
