There's this tweet that confirms that the two aliases are identical.
Also, I won't link it because I prefer not having to use the website unless it's a last resort, but on the Fuarchiver page for the chocolemoncharlotte gallery as well as the pawplants gallery, there are drawings that are shared between the two gallerys (like the old Veecee ref sheet for instance).
pawplants is the alias used for his current FA as well as his Bluesky.
