Why didn't I just make a tag? See, that's the problem - I couldn't think of a good, descriptive name. Now that I've collected a hundred, I figure it's worth it to try and brainstorm something. My suggestion is "oral between legs" but it's..... not very specific, you know?

We have view_between_legs. Just searching oral view_between_legs should suffice.

You could also make use of tags like back_sack and kneeling_oral_position

I don't know how official these terms are that I found online but it seems one is already in use here with jackhammer_position for when the fellator is facing away from the male and bent backwards

when they're facing towards the male I found at least twice on the internets that that position is called "Zeus" just plane Zeus. kneeling_oral_position is already a thing but so far that's being used for any image that has the fellationizer on their knees and the receiver is in any position. and kneeling oral is used even for cunnilingus which I also found on the internets as being called "queens dream"
