Not necessarily. It could be the NSFW name or the SFW name, depending on which the artist seems to prefer more, and I admit it does help when the artist has non-Twitter/X sites to act as a tiebreaker. In this case, both mention the GhospeMoth Discord while the Abyss Ghospe Twitter/X links to the GhospeMoth Patreon. Therefore, I suggest the alias be flipped.

Fair point. I flipped the tag alias.
The artist even has the third name "Ghostly Pepper", but that's another tag alias I think.

Flipping the title does not flip the alias, you’ll need to make a new one as the only tag changes that can be edited are BURs
