I wasn't aware that tag existed. It should probably be aliased, since it is ambiguous what "tips" it's referring to. (fingertips_touching is a thing, for example.)

those are different things, docking is putting the penis into the foreskin or sheath.

frottage_kiss seems to just be two penis tips touching

i think tips_touching is better than frottage_kiss, perhaps penis_tips_touching would be better?

I agree it's a kinkier tag and much more explicitly implies sexual energy, but touching tips is a (I would say) universally understood phrase.

frottage_kiss sounds too ambiguous to me. is is kissing while frotting? what about the other kinds of frottage? breast_frottage, anus_frottage, etc.

if anything both can be aliased to penis_tips_touching.
