"Copy link text" does not seem to be an option on either Chrome or Firefox, so I'm not really in a rush to support it.
The tag count also does not get highlighted when you select the text in the tag list, so I'm doubly confused.
If you frequently download images, may I recommend re621 to automate the renaming process?

I'm on Chrome, you can right-click any hyperlink and select "Copy link address"

You can Click and Drag to highlight the tag's text specifically as long as your cursor isn't selecting a button (like when it's a pointing finger)

copy link adress takes the url of where the link would take you, copy link text takes the text only.
Ie if I click copy link address on your username it will give me https://e621.net/users/149150, but if copy link text was selected it would be Nin10dope

Yeah I realized that this wasn't the answer he was looking for lol, the other reply is the workaround to what he wanted
the numbers are already not selectable, you should just be able to drag from the right of them to only select the tag name.

That's not true for me. Windows/Chrome the numbers next to the tag are included in the coding for links
Or in more specific html terms, the numbers are a part of the same item list as the tag's name

Oh. I didn't know that copying link text is a Vivaldi specific feature. Strangely enough, Chrome also has this, but only in android version.
Other browsers also drag the link instead of selecting the text, which seems bizarre to me.
Also, it turns out I can double click on the link while holding Alt to select whole word, so this just became much less of an issue for me.

I meant that the numbers weren't selectable text, so if you just drag select from the right of the numbers to the beginning of the tag name it only selects the tag name and ignores the numbers.

You're right, that's my bad for misreading
Yeah they don't get highlighted
I was more thinking that if you hover your cursor over, or too close, to them then the drag will grab the hyperlink instead of highlighting
