create implication inverted_cross_ear_piercing (99) -> ear_piercing (291072)
create implication inverted_cross_ear_piercing (99) -> inverted_cross (1222)

Reason: An inverted cross ear piercing is an ear piercing of an inverted cross.

I can see the argument for this being superfluous but I think it's a little different from inverted_cross + ear_piercing because the inverted cross could be something different from the ear piercing.
