They seem to be the same artist, but I don't know what their preferred name is. They post on Pixiv under the name セカンズ(2's)@うちのこ (sekanzu(2's)@uchinoko). Sekanzu is presumably a corruption of English "seconds", and I don't know what's up with the @uchinoko part.
