Reason: A BUR that consolidates multiple artist handles under their most recent one. The artist had two NSFW handles, nylonheretic (Twitter and Bluesky) and acrylicheretic (Itaku), but have recently updated their Twitter and Bluesky handles to nylonhellhole. Their SFW handle, krylonheretic, is linked to from their Itaku page, so the artist seems O.K. with people knowing they are from the same person, and it should be O.K. to merge them under a single tag on e621 (people can filter or blacklist based on rating here).

The artist's character names are simply updated since it is unlikely to be mistaken once the artist's names are aliased together.
