I feel like it should be the other way around. "licking stomach" is an action > subject, which is a more natural thought than a subject > action phrase.

Faucet said: Usually *_lick is preferred for body parts (armpit_lick, face_lick, breast_lick, etc.) so it would probably be ideal for this one to follow that convention.

shouldn't this and belly_lick be aliased together?

This one is in a bit of a weird spot, because we are in the process of differentiating between stomach and belly.
Ideally, belly refers to visible outer skin portion of the "belly" while stomach should strictly be used to refer to the internal organ itself.
However, people still tag those two tags as if they were interchangeable, so I think it's best for this to go straight to belly_lick instead.

Honestly, I find a prey licking the inside of a stomach really good, and being able to search for it instead of it disappearing into belly_lick (which I don't care about) would be GREAT
