The tag alias #76212 swimsuit_bulge -> swimwear has been approved.

Reason: I'm not sure we need to go into the specificity of what type of clothing has a bulge. Other tags like pants_bulge or underwear_bulge have already been aliased away.

Target is swimwear because otherwise the target tag of bulge would top the autocomplete list when searching "swim"
