Reason: we already have 2_penises imply diphallism, so why not

Firstly, wrong way around. Diphallism implies 2_penises.

Secondly, the only reason why we have two separate tags, i.e., diphallism and hemipenes, under 2_penises is so that we can separate them in search results (see topic #30740).
There is no "hemipenes" equivalent tag for 3_penises, so this distinction is not necessary and the two suggested tags should be aliased together instead.

They had suggested a few minutes ago in thread that was deleted to have it up to 10 penises which I found rather silly. lol

On top of that, diphallism (or rather, diphallia) is a real medical condition (I was going to link to Wikipedia here but IT IS GROTESQUE OH MY GOD DO NOT LOOK IT UP) while "triphallia" doesn’t seem to exist.

Of course, in real life, one or both penises are usually deformed and nonfunctional, whereas they usually function and look normal in furry porn, but that comes with the territory of porn of fictional characters where anything goes. Anything more than two penises is essentially just a fictional multi-penis scenario (unlike hemipenes and diphallia, both real and completely different things), plus "triphallism" is a completely made-up term with no basis in reality, so I don’t see any point in having that be a tag.
