Looks like Pocketpair has finally realized who is their main target audience. Took them long enough, but better late than never as they say.
So, who's buying? I might if it's $5, maybe $10 at most if it's really good.

Last year was just an announcement, this time it has a full on Steam store page, which I don't recall anyone else doing just for an April Fools joke, since that usually has a lot more hurdles to jump through, so it's likely this is actually actually going to be a real product, like "Love Thyself" from the Endless franchise.

It's not great but it's arguably one of the better ARK-Likes (at a baseline, not modded), for whatever that's worth lol.
Only major thing it's really missing is accessible mod support.

I did play it a bit on a friend's gaming PC, and it felt like Pokémon but half as good and with features glued in, but a lot of my furry friend circle likes it so I could consider it if it's on discount.
That said, I hope the Switch 2 Pokémon games will be better than the Switch outings LMAO, I did say from the start that the moment a new Pokémon came out everyone would forget about it (I hadn't heard of Palworld until this April Fools game so technically I was right)
