Reason: Sometimes used for masturbation... sometimes used if the word 'goon' appears in the image... sometimes applied for hypnosis, sometimes it's just randomly applied to images.

There is no use for this tag, we already have masturbation, ahegao, etc.

Should be aliased to invalid since there isn't a good replacement as people are applying it as if it means different things. If 'gooning' is considered a meme, then gooning_(meme) should be created instead to prevent mistags.

Gooning, for the purposes of this site, is an umbrella tag for humiliation and hedonism themes surrounding porn and masturbation. It's includes themes of: excessive masturbation, excessive porn, trapped masturbating while in a hypnotic trance, masturbation + drugs/hedonism, and "goon captions" (masturbation_encouragement, often with humiliation themes).

(Well, that's the idea, as far as I'm concerned. In practice, any picture with the word "goon" in it will inevitably receive the tag, regardless of context, and sometimes a random looking_pleasured pic will show up in there...)
Is this well defined? Honestly, no, not at all. However, it would make me sad if we got rid of it. I like this tag, and I'm sure there are others that do too. I guess "I like it" is probably a terrible argument, but also much of this would not be searchable otherwise...

I think there could be a valid use, but it needs to get narrowed down and perhaps given a new name. Goon_encouragement and/or gooner_trance while gooning goes to a disambiguation because it looks like it's added as a joke/meme more often than it gets used legitimately.

Problem with this is that it's not how the tag gets used. It's actually kind of a rare use case. Most are 'goon encouragement', vanilla masturbation, or 'looking at porn.'
