Is there any way to remove the topic title thread?

Under the OP, there should be an "Edit" button to edit the thread title and a "Hide" button to delete the thread. If the thread has a pending alias/implication/BUR in it, deleting it will NOT delete the pending AIBUR. It will be kept in the pending state.
