I think it should be aliased to turtleheading, which should be implied to feces.

I have literally never heard of this word, as opposed to crowning_feces that I could make a reasonable guess what it was going to be before I clicked it.

I had no idea what crowning could mean and instantly got it from turtleheading, how have you not heard of turtleheading

how have you never heard the term "crowning"?
I thought "turtlehead" (or something similar) was a Japanese euphemism for a penis head.
I think it's a fair implication. Although like many are saying, there's also turtleheading, which is basically the same thing as feces crowning (although quite frankly, when i hear turtlehead, i usually think about desperation too. both turtleheading/feces_crowning can be confusing to different audiences, so I'm not sure why there is a debate on which is more confusing. for example, when i think of crowning, i think of birthing, and while feces does happen at birthing at times, it's not always. obviously, feces_crowning can also happen out of desperation, but of course, you could also just argue they're aliased to each other.
Not going to vote on this, but I wanted to point out that I've never heard of either of those terms. Perhaps there is a better name?
I'm not into scat though, so my input isn't very relevant here.

ngl I didn't know if it meant putting feces on the cranium, or putting feces on a cockhead. The thought of it referring to actual defecation didn't occur to me.
