My personal preferences tend to either being completely nude or dressed up for an evening on the town. Bikinis with and without both parts are also fun to look at....

Formal wear is indeed sexy. I think people do enjoy men in uniform in general too (or women, but for me, it's men).
My favorite are proper full suits, but men can still look slutty even dressed all up.
The shirt, accessories, and perhaps the hat (when applicable) that sells it.
It really gives a great sharply dressed elegant vibe.
On the right person, formal wear is VERY appealing.
