It's a very common motif. The 'pointing' variation has bestiality connotations that may be something people want to blacklist even if bestiality is not present in the image.

I'll also admit that I thought these type of tattoo tags were more common. It looks like they're not, which might mean these are better aliased to pawprint_tattoo.
