I don't know which tag is better between expansion and inflation and both have basically the same amount of content.
But we need to have only one of them so I approve the alias.

This should probably be flipped and turned into a implication.

Inflation is specifically concerned with expanding body parts by way of pumping a substance or gas into a character were as expansion is general for all types of expanding bodyparts.

I agree. I don't know if it is necessary to keep both tags (due to the lack of content), but we should at least link the other way : from inflation to expansion.
