The tag alias #75629 johann -> gunthiharjis has been rejected.

Reason: When I created this character and this account thousands and thousands of moons ago, Johann was the name I went with. I've since changed the name on all of my active accounts and I'm continuing to commission artists and even finding the new art uploaded here. Originally I thought I wouldn't bother with this, but I figure this would make it easier to link what's already been uploaded to anything new that might be uploaded.

Manually moving the posts to the new tag would be more appropriate, considering "Johann" is a first name, and there aren't too many posts with the tag.

What does "manually moving" entail? Just going to each post and removing the old tag and adding the new?

Yes. That's what's usually done when the number of posts for a tag that needs a name change is fairly small.

Actually, I already took care of it for you. All johann posts have now been retagged gunthiharjis.

Besides that, there are other characters named "johann", so aliasing it to this other name is probably not a good idea.
