I'd rather feltching be aliased to licking_cum_from_orifice, as feltching may not be the most widely understood term. Alternatively just alias it away; it can apparently only ever be licking_cum_from_ass or licking_cum_from_pussy, but even if not, wouldn't the combination of licking_cum+cum_from_* or cum_in_* have relatively few false positives?
