Maybe forced_pull_out should be a tag and have it imply pull_out? Oh that's already a thing... forced_pull_out

It's perhaps also notable that pull_out can be sex or masturbation. There's currently no distinction between sexual and masturbatory pull_out. I'm not sure whether a distinction would be useful or not.

Pull_out also doesn't need to be before ejaculation.
