"These aren't my glasses" is supposed to refer to balls covering a character's eyes. "Can't see the haters" is when an erect penis is in front of a character's eyes with the bespoke text. I don't know where the wikis got the idea that they're just "when a character's vision is being obstructed" or "where a character's eyes are covered/obstructed by body parts of another character", that's certainly not what the memes became known for. If they're that vague/general, they would be no different from covered_eyes.

KYM refers to it much more generically, but the main (and really only) version of it I've seen involves the last panel of post #1049254, which isn't even mentioned on the wiki page
