Reason: As tag name (and description) implies, fellatio is involved in the process.

Additionally, currently fellatio_pov does NOT imply first_person_view, despite the latter tag relating to the previous one in its description

I was going to request that, so I support.

There are many cases where you can't actually see any penetration nor the character that's performing fellatio.

Those would be all mistags. *_pov tags are for first_person_view, which require the viewing character be partially visible (their snout or body at the bottom of the image, the arms coming from the sides of the image, etc), which in turn would count as another character. So they're either not POV/first_person_view or they're not solo. sex in general shouldn't be tagged solo (excepting for some weirdness with tentacles).
