double_deep_throat sounds like it could apply if a character is performing deep throat fellatio on two other characters, or two characters deep throating each other, rather than two characters deep throating the same dildo.

double_deepthroat sounds improperly tagged as is. Sounds like it should refer to two people 69'ing and deepthroating each other given to deepthroat something you usually assume it's a person. Idk just seems too ambiguous to perform any condensing
